What is the minimum amount of bags a team can order and are shipping costs involved?

Clinic Hockey caters to teams of all sizes and skill levels. We like to keep our minimum order at 12 bags in order to work with Teams in Men's leagues as well as smaller minor hockey associations.

Bags that are in stock are shipped within three business days depending on artwork. If artwork is needed the shipment could take 14 days to leave our store. Custom color combinations and non stock styles can take 5 weeks to process.

Shipping charges do apply and shipments are send either prepaid or collect via the most economic way.

Clinic bags seem to be smaller than other brands?

Clinic bag's are designed to fit in small places. The bag may look small but they are similar in size that pro and Junior teams use. Our Studies show that deeper, wider bags that are not much longer than the width of a door way tend to last longer than styles that may get caught on dressing room doors or other obstacles.

Dispersing the weight of your equipment in the middle of your body instead of outside the width of your body will also decrease stress on a player's back. This design also allows for our bags to be easily lifted from the ground by our end handles.

If my bag rips from skate wear with in the first 60 days what should I do?

Send your bag back to clinic Hockey and we will repair it or take it to the nearest shoe repair and send us the original copy of the receipt. Warranty takes effect the moment the bag leaves our store.

Does Clinic have a referral Program?

Yes we do. Any team or association referring Clinic Product to a team in their area with receive a cheque for 5% of the referred teams invoice to go towards team expenses.
